An Evansville, Indiana native, he oversees company finances and leads editorial direction, drawing on more than a decade in residential and light-commercial construction sales — helping owner-builders, contractors, and rural property owners pick the right kit for their project.
On the creative side, Henry focuses on practical guides that give owner-builders and contractors real numbers and real trade-offs — not the marketing fluff that dominates the building-supply category. Before joining Homerun, he spent six years in residential construction sales and two years writing for a regional homebuilder publication.
His writing focuses on five questions that come up in nearly every customer conversation: what does it actually cost, how long does it actually take, what are the financing options, what are the trade-offs between materials, and how do I avoid the mistakes other builders made on their first project.
