Why we built this program
We believe in American manufacturing and straightforward business. The current market is flooded with overseas junk and complex franchise schemes that promise the world but deliver massive headaches and hidden fees.
We built our dealer network for the exact opposite. We want to partner with legitimate businesses and contractors who already know how to build, who have a reputation to protect, and who want reliable, engineered building kits with clear pricing. We provide the kits; you provide the local expertise.
How it works (and what it isn't)
This is a serious opportunity for serious builders, so we want to be upfront about the structure:
- Exclusive Pricing: Approved dealers get access to our dealer-only pricing structure. The price sheets and exact amounts stay private to protect the program and the contractors using it.
- No Exclusive Territories: We don't artificially restrict regions or charge you a premium for a "zone." You earn the business in your area by doing great work, not by buying a line on a map.
- No Automatic Approval: This isn't a pay-to-play badge you buy online. We vet every application. We require a valid business or contractor license and active insurance. We only want proven professionals representing our products in the field.
- No Complex Portals: You apply, we review. If you're a fit, we ask for proof of license and insurance by email. Once approved, you get the pricing and you order when you need to. That's it.

- Specialty erectors and shed/garage builders wanting to offer higher-end, warrantied red-iron or tubular structures.
